Pre-construction and Design Phase Services:

 

• Assist in development or confirmation of Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR)

• Review Basis of Design (BOD) and confirm compliance with OPR

• Review Design Drawings

• Develop full commissioning specifications

• Develop project specific commissioning plan

• Review construction documentation and specifications

• Review submittals for compliance with design and OPR

 

Construction Phase Services:

 

• Provide installation verification

• Monitor start-up and checkout

• Management of pre-functional and functional testing

• Management and verification of air and water balancing services

• Review O&M manuals for completeness

• Verify sufficient training for facility management

• Commissioning Report
